Who is the best cartoon baby of all time? My favorite cartoon baby of all time is Stewie from Family Guy.

I know he is new, and has not been around as long as Maggie Simpson, the Rugrats, Pebbles and Bam Bam, and he is not for kids like other cartoon babys, but he is my favorite.
