Apparently (take this with a grain of salt, although SON has been VERY reliable for news) JER is bringing on Mimi's mom, but her name is now Bonnie Lockhart (previously Maureen). She's just the type of character JER would write. Sounds VERY interesting, imo. I'm just glad they are bringing on adults. The thing I love about JER is that he can balance out the use of teens and adults.
Anyway, here is a link to the story, and like I said, take it with a grain of salt until an official announcement is made. http://soapoperanetwork.com/boards/i...showtopic=6100 |

I've heard it from two sources, it probably is. I'm a little of center about this, at least it's not ANOTHER teen being added though.

This is from the Rumor Mill at Dustin's Days of Our Lives Page.
The Rumor Mill July 25 Sources: A post from bearlythere on Soap Opera Network, re-posted to Cofferooms; and a post from Lucaslover on Cofferooms. Days is apparently trying to cast the contract role of Bonnie Lockhart, Mimi's mom. The role has apparently been changed as Mimi's mom is now single and a working class woman who is always looking for an easy way to make money. People are speculating that the part has been offered to Port Charles star Lynn Hering (who used to play Lizanne Gardner on Days). These rumors source is an article in the recent Soap Opera Weekly which indicates that the show has contacted the star about a role. Pick up a copy of Soap Opera Weekly for the full story on Lynn. |
