Question How much sleep do you need?

I'm peachy with 7 or 8 hours. If I sleep 9, I wake up feeling tired. If I sleep 10+ (rare) I usually wake up with a nasty headache.

I can live on about 4 hours of sleep. I can of course sleep more than that, but it doesn't happen very often, except on some occasional weekends. Although I can live on a short amount of sleep, it contributes to my never-ending headache that is made up of stress, tension, and everything else possible

same, 4-5 hours are fine, sometimes its hard to get even that because of insomnia

Between 8-10 hours...any less and I'm all blah. I never sleep anymore than that, though.

6 at the most. Its weird, if I go to bed early(like 12) I sleep really late the next day. If i go to bed later(like 2am), i'll be up at 8am. Weird.

I can never get to sleep before 1 in the morning, but there are times when I'm lucky enough to have my full 8 hours.. which is what usually works best for me. Sleeping any later than that, and I'm either cranky or very sleepy for the rest of the day.

The more the better. If I didnt set an alarm, I could sleep 14 hours, easily. But thats because I stay up so late and then wake up so early for work, so Im always drained. But if I can sleep in the next day, I like about 8 hours sleep.

My body wants about 7 hours, but I'm almost at 100% with just 5 1/2.
