Is the set still there? I heard that Fraiser is filmed on the set Cheers was (could be a rumor?). If the set is still there I will visit it if I ever get to California

Yeah the set is at the Hollywood museum. They still have Monday night football parties. No I thought Frasier was filmed on the stage next to Cheers.

frasier IS still filmed on the set which USED to be cheers, but at the Paramount Studios on soundStage 25.
The set at the museum is the actual cheers set used for the series but its just been moved from paramount and set up at the museum.
i can post pics of the set which i took while i was there if you want.

i have some upclose pics of the set I will post sometime soon (as soon as i find the photo album)

no there were about 10 of us on the tour. i went in 1998. You was able to get up close to set, touch it look around, and even sit at the bar. they didnt seem to mind at all.

"this is a square house, please report any unfairness to the proprietor"

LOL i love that sign to.... its the only thing on the back all that i noticed all the time.. it was sad when rebecca burned the bar down the side of the sign got burned....

I kno!! that was the part that pissed me off the most!! the fact that, that sign got burnt! I love that sign.....lol

Fraiser is filmed on the set of Cheers. In fact if you look closely Cafe Nervosa is the same as Gary's Olde Time Tavern. Watch one of the episodes where they show Gary's and them watch a Fraiser episode ( cafe nervosa is in almost every episode) and you can tell they are the same place.
