How do you put a off-site avatar on you profile??

Also, your avatar needs to be under 150 x 150 pixels or 25kb (25,000 bytes -- divide by 1,000). So if you see a pic you want to use as your avatar but it's too big, have someone resize it for you.

I'm including a screenshot (this is of SBTBprincess's avatar) with the size and how big it must be.

I know how to do that. Where do you put it on your profile?? I can't find it.
