This fall Henry will be producing a new TV Series called "Young MacGyver".

Off of IMDB:

The Plot for "Young MacGyver":

Follows the twentysomething hero (the Nephew of original MacGyver) as he leaves school and winds up joining the Phoenix Foundation -- the good-guy organization his uncle belonged to -- on a lark. Once there, he discovers that he's incredibly adept at stepping into Uncle MacGyver's shoes.

And hes evil and wears black suits and pushes people off cliffs

This question was asked to Henry in May:

New York, NY: Henry- I am wondering if you are interested in resurrecting the MacGyver character in a new series?

Henry Winkler: We almost did, and, as a matter of fact, we made a pilot for the WB of "Young MacGyver," who was the original MacGyver's nephew. The WB did not buy it, and I think everyone should send an e-mail to the WB telling them you want MacGyver.

Unless things have changed, I don't think we will be seeing "Young MacGyver".
