Sleep? I do, i cannot sleep if the TV is not on. That started about 10years ago. LOL-I pick a channel and turn over and go to bed.

I used to do that, but my mom fusses me out when I do that, so I just cut it off before going to sleep.

Up until 3 years ago, I needed some form of light in my room. I wasnt afraid of the dark, I just had to be able to see around my room. Now, it has to be pitch black.

Up until last year, Id have to have the radio playing in the background, now, it has to be absolute silent.

Every once in a while I get into my L&S mood and watch an episode or 2 a nite in bed. HD, L&S, and Gidget are the only shows I dont get bored with on tape.

I used to but not anymore. I need a dim light,though. I can't fall asleep when it's pitch dark because it takes me awhile before I actually fall asleep and I keep opening my eyes usually to see what time it is, and I just hate it being like you didn't open you're eyes at all because it's so dark lol.

I use to need TV to go to bed but when I got married my mate needed it to be quiet to go to bed so we compromised

I don't. I don't have a TV in my room, so that makes it kind of hard to do.

I don't, but I just got a TV for my bedroom and sometimes watch TV late at night before I got to sleep. Lately, though, I HAVE to have a fan in my bedroom running all night for some noise. I guess it's called "white noise". My mom and brother have always done this when they sleep. I guess I take after them. It just helps me sleep better, instead of total silence.

i do very badly. i usually turn on the tv guide channel and listen to their stupid infomercials until i fall asleep.
