Question Over Our Heads

Do you like Over Our Heads or Eddna's Eatibles better? I like Over Our Heads, I've been to that set, but it was when they were filming "Model Behavior" on Disney. It was soooo cool. Alicia Silverstone was there and she was doing the sence as Alex and she calls Jenine!

I have certain connections, accually, one of the crew members is my cousin. Justin wasn't there. He wasn't in the scene. He was in the building though. It was really cool because I got to talk to Alicia and I got her autograph, but I would do anything for Lisa's autograph. I wish I could meet her. Does anyone accually know her?? Oh, another person I am related to, Molly, from the first season, she player Molly Parker. That is why I lover 16 Candles and The Breakfast Club.

Where is the set located? Is it a house or
a studio set? It has got a nice living
room.

I'd have to say Over Our Heads was better. When I first started watching the show, I hated both of them. Now I think they're better than the Eastland years.

Eastland was or is a great school. I would of loved to be in a place like that with everyone. Blair is so sweet if you take a good look at her, and Jo is a new person to be around. Nat and Tootie show how much friendship means.

I went to a boarding school... It was fun! hehe... we had it better than blair, jo, nat, and tootie did though... we got televisions, computers, and stuff in our room... but the only reason i want to see the episode where the girl commits suicide is cuz that same experience happened to us... but we had classes on monday-saturday and it was SOO much better than going to public school now!! We had 6 classes during the monday through friday and then we had 1 class on saturday but it was usually a class like gym, band, or choir or somethign liekt hat... and during the week our first class started at 9:30 and then we got liek a half hour break and our next class was at 10:45... but my last class was at 4:30 and dinner was at 5:30 (we never had to work in the kitchen liek the girls did for getting in trouble... when we got in trouble we just did sunday detensions) but after dinner there was a 6:30 class that some people had but i was fortunate and didn't have that class... on saturday's the 2 different times that you coudl have class was at 1 or 3:30 and my class was at 1 o'clock.. the good class! My 2 best friends were anni (who was 2 years older than me) and meghan (who was 3 years older than me) but it wasn't a big deal to have friends who weren't the same age as you... i was also friends with katie bear who was a year older than me but... she committed suicide... and then there was natalie who was also 2 years older than me but i didn't do A LOT with her... but i shared a room with Anni and we were lucky to be one of the few many people hwo get a 2 person bedroom, cuz we were supplied with double beds and when you get 3 double beads it gets rather crouwded!! hehe... but next to us roomed Meghan, Nat, and Katie (when she was alive) and i have this whole story abotu katie bear committing suicide but i don't know if you all wanna hear about it... but we wore uniforms and i described them in the eastland uniforms topic on this message board... umm... anni was into facts of life when it was on usa a lot... I starting going to westside (that's the school name a freaky name hehe) when i was in 4th grade... and we had a housemother as facts of life referred to mrs. garrett... but her name was ms. k but we called her kays and she was like 28 or so when i first came... the school went from 4th grade to 12th grade... big leap but it wasn't that big of a leap... but we always called kays mrs. garrett to make fun of her... she didn't liek that too mcuh probably cuz it was liek an insult for us telling her she's old or seomthgin...t he 2 most popular shows at school were saved by the bell and facts of life... hehe.. full house was popular on the reruns... and boy meets world was the talk for a while too.. but saved by the bell and facts of lfie was a BIG talk about... but since facts of life wasn't on usa very long we didn't get to see it that much and since i was in 4th grade i didn't really remember anything until anni called me one day and said watch nick at nite and i'm like no... i don't wnat to and then one saturday i caught it and sure enough it was facts of life and i actually RELATED to it now... maybe that is why i like the eastlnd years so mcuh... but we were never that close to kays where we'd live with her... hehe... I wish though... kays was really nice... anythign else ya wanna know go for it!

I really love "Over Our Heads". It may be very 80s but it seems so uptempo and upbeat. Like a fun place to be. I don't know - it seems more giddy. lol

now Eastland is definately the classic setting for the show, but I have to go with Edna's Edibles and Over Our Heads also because the girls were getting older, wiser and more mature. And you saw they were truly friends as opposed to just being binded together from going to the same school.

I agree with John, that the classic setting is definetely the Eastland cafeteria, but I still enjoy Edna's Edibles and Over Our Heads(somewhat). I guess I like the show better when they were at Eastland and Edna's Edibles cause' I could sorta relate to them more. And simply, those episodes in season 2 through 6 were better. So in the end, I guess you could say that I don't like Over Our Heads very much.
