Default Home from DisneyWorld!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

22 hours drive in the car - I'm exhausted!

I just wanted to pop on and say hello before I head to bed I've got a long week of tape-catching-up to do as well as heading right back to work tomorrow so I need some sleep! I can't wait to be in my own bed for the first time in 2 weeks!

A few brief thoughts

Savannah Georgia is GORGEOUS - the Riverfront is amazing!!!!!!!!

I loved Disneyworld as an adult just as much, if not more, than I did as a 12 year old The few things I hated about Disney were the lines and crowds (excessive on both counts!!!!!!) and the sizzling 105 degree heat as well as the huge expense of a bottle of water! OH! and NO PEPSI PRODUCTS! I did not have a single Mountain Dew there - I thought I would die!

Things I loved

Rocking Roller Coaster
IllumiNations
SpectroMagic
Space Mountain
Thunder Mountain
The Lion King Show

My daughter has a blast - she got her picture with so many characters - we can't wait to do a scrapbook

Will post more later - I gotta go to bed!

Night all and I'm so glad to be home!

On my left, I saw days upon days of lipstick and ticking clocks, dirty looks and quiet whisperings. And burning secrets that just won't ever die away. And on my right, what could I picture? The blue sky, the desert earth, stretching out into the eerie infinity. A beautiful never-ending nothing.

The Rockin RollerCoaster is amazing!!!!!!

I was really disappointed with Animal Kingdom. There were wayyyy too many people in that park - I'd say more half that many were in Magic Kingdom. I was disappointed with the Kiliminjaro Safari - all of the animals were not out becuase of the heat. I saw a giraffe I used the Fast Pass for Kali River Rapids and was the sole person on the ride to get SOAKED. WET was an understatement. So I spent the rest of the day in wet clothes, bah! The Lion King show was FANTASTIC, by far the best part of the Animal Kingdom. If I ever go back I wont waste a day on going there, I'd rather go to Blizzard Beach or something. *shrugs*

Now the Magic Kingdom I didn't have enough time there, i LOVE that place I wanted my picture so bad with Mary Poppins! I love her!!!!!!!

Spectro Magic = fandamntastic!!!!!!

me and my friends had hopper passes so we could go from park to park which was nice...we actually didnt go to Animal Kingdom because too many people told us not to go, but Rocking Rollercoaster was my first upside-down roller coaster (and 2 days later I go on the Hulk...) and it was soo fun, I got a shot glass from the store..but when I was in MGM their is a pic of me and my friend with Sully and Mike from Monsters Inc. hehe its cute, but yah it doesnt matter what time you go to a park its always packed, we went at like 9 to Magic Kingdom and it was sooo crowded still I mean you would think all the little kids would be in bed, but nooo lol...

did you go to Epcot? I love Test Track

how bout the boardwalk or downtown disney?

whats annoying bout disney is the whole bus system, such a pain!

Welcome back! Yeah it seems like when I was a kid the lines weren't that long, but now it's awful.

When I went it was sunny then it started raining out of the blue practically everyday, also weird creatures there. It felt gross, an armadillo (sp?) ran across the grass late at night by the hotel when I was alone, so creepy.

I'm glad you had fun though, I loved the parks when I went aside from the bad state.

Did you go to Epcot? That was my favorite place, I spent so much money there!

Welcome back! I love Disney World. I just went in March. Sorry to hear about the heat there. It is very hot in the summer in Florida. I've always gone to Florida in the spring or winter. You stayed at the All-Star resort, right? How did you like that? That's where my family and I stayed the first half of our trip. Do you think you'll go back to Disney World now?
