Here in Colorado, Growing Pains is on Direct TV family ABC, channel 311. I searched all over for it myself.

its on the abcfamily channel here but every state has a different channel like in california its on channel 48.

it airs at 1:00 and 1:30 pm. and sometimes 12:00 and 12:30 am.
