...Recently, I saw a commerical for a "Beyond the Glory" on Nick van Exel, the 6"1' Point Guard. I saw on one part of the preview that he, like, pushed a ref onto a table, and in the interview he said something like "I paid for that then, and I'm still probably paying for it now". Did he have a history of bad temper? And, what was the full story on him pushing this ref? I didn't get to see this episode of Beyond the Glory, I just saw this preview.

When did u see this commercial? Was it recently? Nick Van Exel pushed that ref yrs ago when he was with the Lakers in the mid to late 90's. That happened in Denver. Yes he did have a bad temper back then. He's quieted down since he got with Dallas. I know he's so happy to be out of Denver LOL. He complained the whole time he was there about he wanted out.

Heh, I said "recent" when I should've said "'recent' meaning, a couple of months ago". I saw it on a commerical for Fox Sports Net. Thanks for the info.
