Bewitched- Dick Sergent, I don't know why but Dick York did a better job of making me laugh then Dick Sergent did.

My choice would have to be Wilson Wilson on Home Improvement. Every time Tim walked outside the house I was tempted to change the channel.

Bernard Fox (Dr. Bombay) - He was beyond annoying

Happy Days
Flip, KC, Roger - Nothing could stop that show's pathetic downward spiral after Richie left and those 3 made it worse
