Looking for a sitcom! HELP! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I am from Costa Rica and always watched TV in spanish. I am looking for information on a show called "El mundo del pequeno Adams"; literally translated to english as "the world of little Adams". In sites in spanish all I seem to find related to it is a phrase: "pero eso pequeno Adams es otra historia" (translation "but that little adams, is another story).

Just a little info on the show would help.

Where does it take place?
Description of any of the characters?
Any situations you can describe?
What decade do you think its from?
Do you recognize any of the actors?

it COULD be "The Addams Family", but I'm not sure. Like the other message said, more info. would be helpful, like what era was it on? (60s, 70s, etc.), what network was it on?, what were some of the characters names, if known?, who was in it, if you know?
