Can someone please HELP me?!
I bought Adobe Photo Shop today, and I dunno how to make anything. I need help PLEASE. I need to know how to make blends, and how to make the little blinkie things like people make. I know someone that has adobe has to be online. Please!

the title is "Adobe PhotoShop Elements 2.0" The tutorials and things that come with it aren't help me at all. I need to talk to someone who has it and already knows how to use it.
