Controversial? Then maybe... - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hey everyone. I remember reading (or hearing) that one of the "controversial" episodes is "A Friend in Deed," where Blair finds out her mother has breast cancer. N@N hasn't played it yet, anyway. Well, I just looked at their schedule, and they're playing that ep in like 2 weeks. So, if that was considered controversial (which I'm still not exactly sure on), does that mean they'll play the other controversial ones? I know they alread skipped "Dope," but maybe they'll play the upcoming controversial ones? I really hope so! Everyone cross your fingers.

actually, I saw A Friend In Deed on NAN back in late Sept or so. Definately one of Blair's most dramatic performances (next to the accident episode)

I wonder if they will show Dope one day when NAN has one of their "theme" nights, like one where they would have one with current movie superstars who were on NAN shows in their early days (like they did it once and showed a Tom Hanks Happy Days episode that NAN never showed in regular rotation), because Helen Hunt is a big enough star that they would probably use "Dope" for the fact she was on it.

I went to NAN and their schedule page was not letting pull down the Facts Of Life. What is the url that you got that at?

i went to the N@N website, then went to today's schedule. once i was there, i went to "by show," then chose FOL, and it took me. The web address that's up now, at the "By Show" category, is http://206.132.36.207/whatson/schedu...t.tin?show=472

Everyone beware: According to this new schedule, "Double Standard" only airs once at 4:30 a.m. Saturday Morning.

Yeah, that sucks so bad. "Double Standard" is one of my all-time favorite eps, and now i'm gonna have to try and set my vcr, and then there's gonna be commercials, and ugh! This just sucks.

I think I remember NAN airing A Friend in Deed once, only, I was sick and went to bed early, so I missed it. I wish I would have seen it though.

A.J.- Don't worry, it lookds like as of now it IS scheduled to air. I think on the 17th. I'm hoping so too because I also missed it the first time around!
