Red face Threes Company is back to back...why not the facts??

Do you beleive there showing two eps of Threes Compant but only one ep of The facts? I mean i love TC but FOL is much better. What am I gonna do? To give you an idea of how osessed I am I was almost gonna cry! : ) Now I cant watch what I like to call "my show" twice a night. Im dreading the day they take the facts off and im left with nothing but bad All in the Family and Beverly Hillbillis reruns to watch.

Thats what I was thinking, I seen that and I was like this is bull.

------------------
Blair: We talk about appointment calender things. These are numbers, this is a one, can you say one?
Bailey: One.
Blair: My, this is fun. This is a two, can you say two?
Bailey: Two.
Blair: And this is a....oh no.
Jo: Well looks like you are on your own now Bailey, that's as high as she can go.

Beverly Ann: That means one of us is the killer.
Tootie: Well its not me.
Jo: Or me.
Beverly Ann: Or me. Well, I guess we will have to wait for one us us to kill one us to find out which one of us it is.

For the record, I hate Three's Company. And I generally love N@N shows.

Didn't Three's Company appear on N@N after TFOL? That's probably why they are doubling it up now. Since TFOL had that treatment when it was new, they are now doing it for Three's Company. And yes, it is a stupid show.

AND... why is it that Three's Company can discuss Jack being "gay/queer/whatever," show woman running around in their underwear, and have little sexual jokes hidden throughout the show, but we can't see a show about a young girl that is attacked and how she deals with it? Puh-lease....

jayman-

Actually TC was airing in a one hour block after FOL, so I don't see why they didn't just leave it that way.
As for the hidden sexual jokes, and remarks about Jack being gay and etc. I totally agree with you. It makes no sense at all. I guess N@N is just blind, or playing favorites...

Everyone e-mail N@N to get FOL back in it's one hour block.

I used to watch N@N ALL THE TIME!! I lost faith in them after they took Happy Days off there schedule. Then they put MTM and L&S on early in the morning...I heard about FOL and I gave it a chance and it brought me back to N@N....then they put it in a perfect schedule 10-11 which is when I have nothing to watch on TV....before I knew it I was obsessed...now they are putting it oon 9:30 when I am too busy for tv!!!!!!! grrrr

i know we should get a life but I want to watch FOL at night after a bad day

Three's Company sexual jokes are differant...they never use specific words...............you have to be mature to understand them anyway

Thing is in Three's Company once someone cracks a sexual joke or says a sexual term everyone laughs.
In the 'controversial' FOL episodes it is my understanding that they talk it out and always come to a positive conclusion. (i.e. talking a girl out of committing suicide)
I don't see why N@N considers that bad-those episodes could actually HELP someone.

i, like, banned N@N (except for FOL of course). that's the only show i watch on there, and i make sure to especially NOT watch Three's Company, so hopefully N@N will see they're losing viewers, then maybe they'll come to their senses and put things back the way they were.

I'm doing the same thing. I watch FOL and then I immediately turn my TV off. I then sit at the computer for the next half hour-the half hour FOL should be on- and e-mail N@N. I'm also sure that every other e-mail or so to say something to the effect most parents don't let their kids watch "Three's Company" anyway because of the sexual jokes. It's no lie either-when I was younger I wasn't allowed to watch that show, and now my younger cousins aren't allowed to either. Hopefully N@N will soon see that and we'll get our back to back FACTS back.

I used to like Three's Company-and now I'm ashamed of myself for liking it.The gay gags were terrible, the inuendos were sick-and John Ritter,Joyce Dewytt,Norman Fell,Don Knotts and maybe one or two more were totally wasting their talents.I loved the back-to- back Facts Of Life-and because of a faulty TV Guide I turned on N@N hoping to see FOL-and turned it off after two minutes of 3C.

TC is the only other show on NAN I watch besides Facts (well, I watched Happy Days too, but that has been off for awhile). You gotta remember how shocking TC was in it's heyday, it tackled taboos that are common now. Such as Jack pretending to be gay, in 1977, people weren't openminded or educated toward homosexuality, as well as it was not talked about, so it was so shocking for that show, whereas nowadays, people aren't offended with Will And Grace for example. Also, the blatant sexuality was never seen back then. Shows like SEX AND THE CITY were unheard of back in the late 70's. I think TC is a classic and NAN probably shows all the episodes just because it was groundbreaking for it's day.

All in all, i do love FOL more

Im so livid. Ugh, Three's Company is the worst show they could put on nick at nite if they are concerned with sexuality reasons!! They have tons of it!. How bout during credits sometimes when the Jack Character comes on and is blabbing about touching and is like " i still have proof" or whatever. Ugh, nick at nite can turn blue for all I care.
