SHOCKING "OLTL" News- 1 Star Fired, 2 Characters returning - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Its official, Roscoe Borne (Mitch Laurence), has been fired from the show, he last appears on the show on July 30th... Mitch is being killed off.

Also, 2 popular characters are returning..

David Vickers played by Tuc Watkins from 1994-1996 is returning to the show this August. Watkins reappared on the show in 2001 and 2002. Vickers is a popular character that was involved with Dorian, Tina and at one point Kelly, in a rather disturbing storyline...

Also Tracey MelChoir (Ex-Kristen Forrester, Bold and Beautiful) has been cast as Kelly Kramer. The role was last played by Gian Tognoni from 1995-2000, she reapperaed for brief stints in 2001, 2002 and 2003.

Kelly is Dorian's neice and in her original run on the show was involved with Kevin and Joey Buchanan, Milloneer Ian Armitage who died in a plane crash. She was responsible for the death of Cousin Blair's unborn baby and at one point was best-friends with Jessica.

For thoes that don't know, when she left the show she had just cheated on boyfriend, Joey Buchanan with his very own brother KEVIN! It was established offscreen that Kevin and Kelly were married and living in Savanna, Georgia with Kelly's cousin Cassie Carpenter. This week Kevin returned and it seems as though something is up w/their relathionship, i think (and this is pure speculation) that they may be divorced....

Well i like Roscoe Borne but i think the Mitch character has ran his course, it was getting old and tiresome... i'm looking forward to new storylines.
