How do you post a poll?

I must be dumb or something, because I cannot figure out how to post a poll on here. I see the place at the bottom where it says "yes, post a poll" and I did click in the box but that doesn't do anything.

Then click send post

you click that you want to post a poll, then submit post. it doesn't submit it right then, instead the poll thing pops up and then you can do it.
