Default King of Pop

It depends on what you're really asking here. Do you mean Pop or do you mean Rock and Roll? There's different genres of R&R and also of Pop, so lumping them makes it hard to pick just one King of All.

Elvis is the King
Rick Nelson is the Prince of Rockabilly
Michael Jackson is neither.

Elvis Presley...he's not rock by nowadays standards, so he is the Pop King.

I agree with that.

Cool King of Pop

Elton John. Because he's called SIR Elton John now. At least he hasn't played kiddie music for the entirety of his career.

Justin Timberlake??

How about...the King of MTV?

I swear, him and that channel belong together. Not only do they play his videos every second, show specials about his tour, and other crap but they both disgust me!

By the way, I'm ticked at MTV, see the Foo Fighter's post and you will understand. Although this feeling has been building up for a while....that was the straw that broke the camels back though.

I heard that about the Foo Fighters video. Gee, MTV IS a kiddie station. Nothing really cutting edge or different or fun. I heard on the FF website you can see the video.
