And say that Olivia was brought in to replace Rudy? And are parents of kids at least 8 years apart? Did you have your youngest/younger kids just because your older kid/kids were starting to not be cute anymore? Did you go "Oh, Mark, we have to have another baby because Kellie is 7 and is about to not be cute anymore? We need another young child to bring the cuteness? "And when that baby is too old to be cute, we'll have another?". No, I didn't think so. So I wouldn't really say that Olivia is the replacement for Rudy.

You bring up an interesting point and I commend you for it. I must remind you, however, that the cosby SHOW was a sitcom and not a real family. As much as we would all like to believe that Cliff and Clair were married, they weren't. The Cosby show was a family sitcom and Bill Cosby, if you've ever seen him do a stand up routine or special in the early 80s, he has a whole bit he does with little kids. If you want a more recent example watch any episode of kid's say the darnest things. The whole Bill and little kid thing was part of the Cosby show's regular laughs. Here's the thing, in order for him to do this comic routine it has to be a little kid he could play off of. Keshia was EXCELLENT at doing this, but unfortunately kids grow up, and the show started missing the little routine thing so they decided to bring in another little kid. Enter Raven Simone. For the sake of arguing you were asking parents, but Cliff and Clair weren't even Olivia's parents they were her step-grandparents. I would have to disagree with you when you say that Raven wasn't a replacement for Keshia.

Yeah, I think that Olivia did take Rudy's place in the later seasons. I liked Rudy better tohugh. I think that she had better one-liners, She was funny

Yea, that's true, another thing also, none of our family's have have TV ratings for us every week, which i think was a small part of bringing in Olivia( his natural success with young children brought the rating back up)
