Default Lost or Un-aired Batman Episode

I have read in several places that there are several Batman episodes that have never been aired. One, in particular, that I've heard about is an episode featuring a villian called Mothman and the episode starts off the third season. Any thoughts?

I noticed that somebody posted a link tha short-lived TV website, I thought I'd check it out and see if I would find out anything interesting, I came across a link about the lost episode. I didn't know that there was a lost pilot with villains called "Killer Moth and his Mothmen". In the article they mention Batgirl having her own series, I think would have liked if they had a spin-off series starring Batgirl, I would have liked to seen it. I think if they did continue the Batman series Yvonne would have gotten her own spin-off.

With the exception of PowerPuff Girls, Wonder Woman, Short-Lived Birds of Prey, there are way, way, not so many shows with female characters as super heroes and/or minorites!!

There was a seven minute film with Killer Moth as the villain, but this was a seven-minute mini-episode to introduce Batgirl to the executives at ABC. It has never been aired on TV, though it has been available on bootleg video tapes at comic book conventions for years.

Perhaps if they ever get the Batman seasons on DVD, this will be a bonus feature on the third season collection.

You forgot to mention XENA WARRIOR PRINCESS and BUFFY THE VAMPIRE
SLAYER (not to mention the syndicated SHEENA and RELIC HUNTER). There
are probably others, but those immediately come to mind. Oh, and, of course,
THE GIRL FROM U.N.C.L.E. and THE BIONIC WOMAN. And let's not forget
CHARLIE'S ANGELS and the CHARMED ones.

Those things have been floating around for years. I remember seeing them at comic-book conventions fifteen years ago.

i have that mothman episode on tape somewhere,,i really need to put my batman on dvd,,its about 7 minutes long,,it was on FX netowrk in the early days of the netowrk. i remember them saying that they would be showing episdoes of batman with footage of eppys not seen since it was 1st run..but the majority of the batman i have were taped off a local netowrk here in pittsburgh in 84-85 with just about the entire show intact, including the scenes they said would be shown
