its a bitmap font... 04b_03b looks alot like it. http://dafont.com/en/bitmap.php has bitmap fonts.

Is there a font that's most likely already on my computer that looks like it? My computer is screwed up and I can't download anything. (Haven't been able to for a while. Dumb computer.
 )

The font is called Micro.
 But Arial looks good on size 8.
