Which Christmas episode is your favorite and why? IMO, the 1984 is the best because I enjoyed seeing the girls and Mrs. Garrett perform at that prison.

I like the 1987 episode of The FOL when BeverlyAnn finds out what happens to everyone if she weren't alive. That as actually a good episode and Pippa was good. IMO Pippa held her own. She is a good actress. I know she wasn't as popular as the other girls, but to me she held her own. Go Pippa!

I agree.
The two episodes you mentioned were the best of the christmas episodes. I Can't choose a favorite between the two, since they both represent different eras of the show. I wonder why there was no Eastland christmas episode... |

Probably because that's when they were at Eastland and they would've been gone on Christmas break because it was a boarding school. During Edna's Edibles, Nat and Tootie we're still at Eastland but since they didn't live there they could've already been on break and wouldn't of had to leave right away.

Ok, I just noticed this today, and I'm obviously WAY too obsessed, but the Bailey voice that was narrating the episode was the same voice from "Talk, Talk Talk" that calls in and tells Mrs. G she wants to have sex with her boyfriend. Yeah, I notice too much stuff. You people with episodes on tape are going to notice it. Especially now that I've mentioned it, Im sure more than one of you is going to go back and check.

Hi everybody! I'm new here! I was just thinking, especially since the voice is the same is those 2 episodes, it was likely to be the voice of someone on the set, an actor or some random crew member...then it occured to me....do y'all think it may have been Lisa Whelchel's voice? We know she can do different voices because of her ventriloquism. I would have to go listen to it again to have any real confidence in saying that, but if I recall correctly I think it sounded like it could have been her. |
