The First Time is about when Nat becomes the first gal to lose it....it was with snake...it was originally supposed to be about Blaire but Lisa declined

oh yeah in the first season something with Helen Hunt and some other girls having fun with there friend "Mary Jane" and something about season 9 where one of Jo's coworkers tries to do himself in

there is another one, i think its called breaking point. i think its during the second season or somethingand like someone dies, i dunno no though
