Jerry Mathers does have a younger brother named Jimmy. Jerry is the eldest of five kids. I don't recall all of their names though. I'll have to look it up.

Yes, it's his brother who appeared in a small number of TV episodes and movies during the 1960s

Jerry Mathers' two youngest brothers are named Shaun and Patrick. I think they were born soon after LITB finished it's run. I don't think either one of them were ever in show business.

Any idea what "Bewitched" episode has Jerry's brother? I sure would like to see it. A littler Beaver, how cool! Has TV Land ever mentioned that Jerry had brothers in televison and the movies? Seems like a good trivia thing for them to show.
A little needed humor for this site: Place: Miller's Pond Scene: Wally, Tooey, and Chester build a homeade canoe out of chicken wire and varnished tableclothes. Now they are going to see if it floats without Ward's approval. Beaver wants to tag along with the big guys. None of the big guys can fit in the canoe, so they elect Beaver to try it first. They're getting the canoe and Beaver ready and Tooey puts his hand in the water. Tooey: "Gee, that water's cold!!!!" Chester: "Shut up and give the shrimp a paddle." |

The episode "Little Pitchers Have Big Fears" is only the sixth Bewitched episode, so look for it when the show starts its run over a again. I'm not keeping up with the show on TV Land, but I assume the network is showing the episodes in order. I just saw that episode during the weekend marathon several weeks ago after not seeing it in years and years.
A couple of months ago I went to this website http://www.z-ride2.com/m/jimmymathers.html and saw Jimmy's pictures from that Bewitched episode. It's amazing how some of his expressions look IDENTICAL to Jerry's! |

I read long ago that he has a older sister. Jerry and the sister perforned together in the fifies. I'll get the book I saw it in and try to get the name. I do know he has Jimmy for a brother. But if he has brothers that were born in the 1960's gosh quite an age difference. Did his his parents have different spouses. For the sister would be pushing 60 and the young tots would be only late 30's. I want to say the sister is name susan/

I don't know about Jerry's other brothers, but Jimmy was born in 1955, and Susie in 1951. Jerry was born in 1948, so they would be 3 and 7 years younger then him. Imdb doesn't talk about any other siblings. |

In his autobiography, "And Jerry Mathers As The Beaver", Jerry states that his brother Shaun was born in March of 1963. The last episode of Leave It To Beaver was taped in May 1963. His youngest brother, Patrick, is 21 months younger than Shaun.
Jerry Mathers parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on August 9, 1997. If still alive today, his father is 81 and his mother 76. They would be celebrating their 56th wedding anniversary August 9th. |
