I just found this Desktop Theme:

Here's the deal on the desktop theme. I downloaded, but I can't use it, I don't have Microsoft Plus. Here's the readme file that was with it. It'll tell you why.

What To Do?????

Ok, You already downloaded this, now what?
First you have to have Winzip and Microsoft Plus!
Ok, you got those two programs. I told winzip where
to extract the theme I made, so all you have to do is
extract the theme to your C: drive, winzip will do the
rest. To install the fonts:
1) Goto the Control Panel.
2) Double click on Fonts.
3) Click on "File" on the tool bar.
4) Click on "Install New Font" on the sub menu.
5) Then tell it where the fonts are, if you did
what I said above, they should be in the root
of the C: drive.

Q: Why Did you create such a horrible Desktop theme?

A: I made it to make my parents mad. Because they hate that show.
And when ever they turn on my computer, my Facts of Life theme loads
up with that horrible theme song.
