My mom thinks it's pretty boring, too. Wonder why that is? Oh well, I love it!

My whole family will get mad at me. I'm either talking about Nancy McKeon or The Facts of Life. But everyone in my family likes the show. It really gets on their nerves when I make them sit down and watch it, though. That's how my mom gets me to do something, she tells me if I don't, I won't be able to watch tv for a week.

My mom can't stand the show. I never even knew it existed until N@N started showing it. I was 7 when it went off and at that point Mom controlled the remote. While I'm home for Christmas I've been watching it and she never misses an opportunity to tell me how much she hated it, but my Grandmother was here for Christmas and she liked the show!

My mom likes "The Facts Of Life" she even used to watch it in the '80's my grandmother did too! My mom does get annoyed when I talk Nancy McKeon or The Facts Of Life...because I can turn any subject into The Facts Of Life, and I quote them all the time! She does sit down and watch it with me sometimes..mostly after I have taped it so then she can sit down and watch it without and commercials!! In the '80's her Favorite was Jo! Which is pretty cool..sense mine is too..

Jo:"Here's to those who wish me well all the rest can go to...Jersey!"

Jo: "You Promise? You Swear? I don't believe you!"

lovefol, my family did the same thing! I got a VCR to go in my room along with my TV so I can record it in there. I've already been sentenced to watching it in my room Everytime "The Division" promo comes on I run and tell anyone I can find that I just saw Nancy McKeon and the worst thing that has happened to me so far is that my brother slapped me-he doesn't like FOL. I do though! I'm always talking FOL, doesn't matter what other people are talking about, it's always FOL for me! Can't wait til I get to see every episode, and tape them, too!

My family knows I like the show, but they think it's just a phase. They don't hate it, but they can sit and watch it once in a while and enjoy it. But I'm mindful about not going over the top and talking their ears off about it.

actually, my mom used to watch FOL with me when I was a kid. She hasn't seen it since NAN picked it up. But she has said many times that she thinks Nancy McKeon is a great actress, and has enjoyed her in her various TV movies, as well as when she guest starred on Touched By An Angel. Also I remember her going "I always thought she was so pretty" when she saw Kim Fields on ET a few months back. I am sure we will watch the reunion together when it comes back on. My sister, mom and I all loved Facts in the 80's, my dad and brother didn't tho.

My mom doesn't like FOL, but I mean she watches it with me sometimes, its just not something she would sit down and watch on her own time. But before I got into the show, in like August we heard it was gonna be picked up on Nick at Nite and also there was reunion info in EW, my mom asked me which girl was getting killed off (I told her about the article) and I said maybe that brunette girl. She said "Oh, Nancy McKeon." and I was like "who's that"...and shes like "the girl who was on the FOL" and my mom really likes Nancy McKeon, but just not the FOL....go figure
