Welcome Back, Kotter or Head of the Class? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Welcome Back, Kotter was the exact opposite of Head of the Class, making them the flip side, they both had their own pros and cons. Welcome Back, Kotter featured underachieving students, and Head of the Class displayed overachieving students. Both sitcoms were set in the east coast, and they were set in not your typical high-school classroom atmosphere. They both ran on ABC, and they both were set nearly ten years apart from each other, and ran for five seasons. Which sitcom did you think had a better storyline or better characters? Either Welcome Back, Kotter or Head of the Class.

I say Kotter. However, I'll take Head of the Class, and almost any other sitcom over the last season of Kotter.

Welcome Back Kotter! It was funnier, plus I'd much rather see underachievers than overachievers anyway! They don't make feel as dumb, lol.
