The Hollywood North Report Web site has posted a rumor that the DC Comics adaptation Catwoman is set to begin shooting on Sept. 1 in Vancouver. The production is reportedly scheduled to run through Dec. 31, 2003, the site said. Michael Fottrell (2 Fast 2 Furious), Sara White and Ed McDonnell are attached to executive produce, while Denise Di Novi (Edward Scissorhands, Batman Returns) will produce. Visual-effects wizard Pitof (Alien: Resurrection, City of Lost Children) has been signed to direct.
