LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen have made a longterm commitment to each other and they seem to be doing the same with CBS. The couple, who individually topline a CBS drama and comedy, are shooting the telefilm "Surviving Love" for the network.
Written by Pulitzer Prize-winner Beth Henley ("Crimes of the Heart" ) and directed by Peabody Award-winner Steven Schachter ("Door to Door" ), "Surviving Love" focuses on a couple (Danson and Steenburgen) married for 20 years. While their relationship seems strong, they're approaching divorce. When they're stranded together in a snowstorm, they're forced to open up to each other. The film has just begun shooting in Calgary. Danson and Steenburgen have been starring in a variety of projects together in recent years. From films like "Pontiac Moon" to miniseries like "Gulliver's Travels" to series work on the short-lived "Ink" and cameos on "Curb Your Enthusiasm" they've have mixed results as a duo. As individuals, Danson's "Becker" was just given a 13-episode order to return to CBS at midseason, while Steenburgen co-stars in the network's new drama "Joan of Arcadia." |

Oooooooh, I have a Ted-and-Mary story. My cousin was at a beach in LA w/ his girlfriend and they wanted to go in the water, but they rode their bikes to the beach. Since they didn't see a place to lock them, they asked the nearest couple if they would watch the bikes for a little while. They agreed and my cousin and his girlfriend went swimming. When they came back to get their bikes, they realized who the couple was: Ted and Mary. He said that they talked to them for a couple of minutes and that they were really nice. Needless to say, I was jealous when he told me the story!

Master of my domain. But I will tell you this: I am going over to (Gestures to the nudist) her apartment, and I'm tellin' her to put those shades down! KRAMER: Woah, woah, woah. What-what did you just say? JERRY: I can't take it anymore! She's driving me crazy! I can't sleep, I can't leave the house, and I' here, I'm climbin' the walls. Meanwhile, I'm dating a virgin, I'm in this contest - something's gotta give! |

yea i know what you mean, but if he can't have diane, Mary would really be my second choice for him. I've seen her on Curb your enthusiasm with him and they're adorable together!
Ria: I would freak if that happened to my cousin!! I still know what you......Ted and Shelley seem like the perfect couple.... |

I really hope this one's better than Pontiac Moon...IMHO that was a lame concept for a movie, and it was just baaaad, and its really hard for me to be that critical of Ted.
