Default Where is everyone?

wow, this place has been quiet for the past few days!
Where is everyone?

The past 2 episodes were pretty good. That's hilarious that Antonio went to the Sconsett High reunion and acted like he knew everyone. hahaha!
and I loved Helen's welcoming speech- "...and to all the rest of you who made fun of me in high school..... bite me." I'm gonna say that at my reunion. hahaha.
and last night's episode was good too. That was funny when Roy wanted to be Joe's confidant. lol. It was interesting how the two people that Joe would confide in, he couldn't at that point. So Roy convinced him to talk to him. lol. funny.

anyway, what is everyone up to?

I'm going to Cape Cod this week! Leaving tomorrow!! I'm going with my brother, our 2 cousins, and 6 of our friends.
For some reason, I thought Cape Cod was like, 2 hours away.... you know, Connecticut, Massachusetts.. they're connected. lol. Well, according to Yahoo maps, the place we're staying is exactly 200 miles from my house, or 3 hours and 38 minutes. Hopefully my brother will share the driving with me. hehe.
I had been there once about 4 years ago, but i don't remember it taking so long to get there!
We might take the ferry over to Nantucket one day while we're there. That would be cool. I've never been to Nantucket... I'd love to go there. So hopefully we'll get to do that!

Well, anyway, I'll talk to you all when I get back on Friday.

~Krista

I've noticed the lack of posting here, too.

I hope you have a good time, Krista2882. I havent't been on vacation since 1995.

Have fun Krista! Sadly, I've never been to the Boston area, but I have a couple friends that have, and they rave about Nantuckett. In fact they like it better then Martha's Vinyard.

I was happy Nick ran parts one and two. I liked the entire concept of them all attending a HS reunion. I think tonights episode is the one when Alex shows up again....it's been years since I've seen this episode, but I remember liking it.

Well, enjoy the vacation!!

Have fun on your trip! Can anyone tell me what happened on last night's episode? I fell asleep and didn't tape it. I saw part 1, and I woke up last night and saw the part where they're all sitting by the phone waiting for the test results, but I didn't see most of the episode. Can someone fill me in? Thanks!

I didn't see it either but the tests results were that joe wasn't the father and she left to go tell the boys real father who lived in San Fransico that he had a son. And brian was left alone again. That is pretty much it in a nut she;;, haven't seen that episode in a while but am sure that is what happened, Hope it helped.

Yep, that pretty much wrapped it up....the episode starts out with Joe asking her why she waited all these years to tell him.....then he gets filled with guilt as to what he should do......they agree that he should get a blood test to confirm things.

Meanwhile, Roy overhears the two of them talking and he goes to Joe and tells him he can confide in him if he needs to. Joe says he is going to tell Helen and Brian but Roy smacks him in the head and tells him, "why cause all that pain, if you aren't the father".

So Joe agrees with that idea but then the Hospital calls the office to speak to Joe about the blood test procedure and Brian takes the call, forcing Joe to explain why he is having the blood test, and once Brian knows, Joe is compelled to tell Helen.....then I think you picked up the espisode from there....ooops, I think I probably went into more detail then you needed!! lol

I really liked this two-parter. Unfortunately, I forgot to press "record" after one of the commercial breaks in the second epsisode. So I'm missing a chunk out of the middle of that one. Oh well. I'll catch it next time. Hopefully there WILL be a next time.

First of all, Sarah. I didn't really like her. There was something just a little bit off about her. Yet another woman who Brian loves, but I don't really see why. She just seemed to be a bit awkward and sloppy. I mean, at the class reunion, her bra strap was completely showing. I wonder if that was intentional or not. But more than that, I didn't like her little quest that her son's the most important thing in the world, and all the sudden after all these years, she's on a mission to find his real dad and let him know how lucky he is to have this kid.

That aside, I love these episodes!!! They were so hilarious!!! I love how Helen finally told of Wendy and the other people in her class, and how Lowell realized his mentor was a nutcase.

What I really loved in this episode was the Joe and Brian interaction. Brian was so concerned when he thought Joe was sick, and then I LOVED the part where Joe was told him what happened and they started arguing, but the entire time, they were still holding hands. The first time I saw that, I thought "Do Tim and Steven know they are still holding hands?" But I guess it was part of the gag. Little things like that make this show so hilarious.

I also love the part where Joe tells Helen about his maybe-son. I feel so bad for her!!! You can tell she's really hurt and confused and shocked. Its so funny how excited she was to find out that Joe wasn't the father, and how she and Joe started jumping up and down outside the office.

Another wonderful two-parter (I LOVE Wings two- and three-parthers!!!), and another good example of why a man shouldn't sleep with his brother's girlfriend.

Hey Krista,

If you get the Island, grab a cab in Town, (no Antonio will be not be there) and head out to the airport. You might recognise some of the buildings from the show!

Check out Hutch's, the airport restaurant. They have posters from the show hanging all over the place!

But don't be disappointed, the airport and restaurant are not layed out like the show.

Well, a little too late to wish Krista a safe vacation. I'm not going on vacation until Nov. when my cousin gets married in CT. So Krista, I'll be up in your neck of the woods. They're getting married in Seymour and we're staying in a hotel in Shelton. I go out of town for my job, so that's where I've been. I left the beginning of June and just got home. I came home sooner than I expected because I broke my wrist. Thank goodness I did this on the job. So I'll be on the message board for the next few weeks(the doctor won't let me work and he says I might have to have surgery) Oh joy, I can't wait! NOT! At least I'll actually be able to watch Wings rather than taping it.

Hey guys!

Well, I've been watching Wings and thinking of things I wanted to talk about with y'all, but then I've been so busy I haven't been able to make it to the board.

I'm off work this week. I've cleaned out 4 closets, my refrigerator, cleaned the whole house and took clothes to Goodwill. I've been VERY productive.

Last night (Tuesday night) I fell asleep with "Veggie Tales" in the VCR, so Wings didn't get taped and I missed it. I don't even know which ep it was.

I'm leaving tomorrow for Orlando - going to Disney World on Friday. I suppose me and my hubby will either come home closer or even more fed up with each other than we already are! ;-)

Won't be back until Saturday night. Take care guys,

Love,

Wing<><

I've been thinking about Wings too and I've got something bugging me. If you could eat paint, what flavor would you want?
