Talking Did Anybody Notice On TVLand That...

Did anybody notice on TVLand that the rating for the facts of life was tv pg... And in the episodes they aired there wasnt even swearing or anything bad... well actually i take that back, in the first christmas episode they aired from season 5 natalie says its a damn coat... but in the other episodes it was tv pg as well and Nick at Nite has tv g for the show, I betya if tv land aired facts of life we'd get all of the episodes in stead of nick at nite airing them because nick at nite said that they couldn't air some of the eps cuz they didnt classify as a tv g show it was a tv pg show... why not have TVLand air it so then we can get all of the shows?? Just a thought...

So did I! hmm... maybe TVL should air FOL from now on... after all, TVL has shows that N@n probably wouldn't show, so why not add FOL to TVL and get to see every show?

don't be too surprised if TV Land gets Facts in 3-4 years time when Nick gets rid of it. TV Land airs a lot of sitcoms that Nick quit airing, ala Dick Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore pop up on TV Land sometimes tho they left NAN. TV Land was also showing Taxi last year when it was on hiatus on NAN (it's come back at late night tho)

I didn't notice it, but TV Land usually airs the entire runs of a show. They aired every All in the Family episode in primetime, which is something N@N won't even do anymore.

Hopefully, FoL will end up on TV Land sooner than four years. I mean, sure, Dick van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore landed on TV Land... but DVD was on N@N for 9 years before it happened.

Wellp, i guess we'll be waiting for some time for it to be kicked over to TV Land, but i hope we dont have to wait too long, TVL might actually air the contaversial episodes ( damn N@N)

Question

I don't see why Nick at Nite can't air Facts of Life on both N@N and TV Land.

i mean, there's enough demand for it from the fans, and they air both All in the Family and Andy Griffith on both channels, so why not Facts of Life?

Damn Nick at Nite indeed.

Oh, here's another thing.

On TV land, their fandemonium weekend HAS n@n shows on it... I know that the brady bunch has a weekend sometime in about four weeks... i'm sure TV land would soon enough air FOL with all the episodes that we don't see during n@n's run during a weekend.... so why not write tv land and ask for a fol fandemonium with "dope", etc?

i still don't get why they make such a big deal about "controversial" episodes of FOL, when they play "Three's Company," which is filled w/ sexual inuendos and stuff. you know?

Sad

I hope they DON'T put TFOL on TVLand, because I don't get that station!!! I guess I'm going to have to break down and start taping episodes for prosperity.
