Default Recent Enjoyable One-Year Wonders...

Tokyo Pig (Status: Unconfirmed, But Not on Lineup and commercials have vanished) - This anime was clever, imaginative, energetic and colorful. Lasted 30 episodes (but over 50 in Japan) on ABC Family

The Lone Gunmen (Status: Cancelled, Currently Not on VHS, DVD, or Repeats) This spinoff of the X-Files was humorous and very enjoyable. Lasted 13 episodes only, but only 11 aired.

The Tick *Live Action* (Status: Cancelled, Currently not on VHS or Repeats, DVD release speculated) Another FOX show canned too quick. While not as funny as the A+ caliber cartoon, it was a good show.

Baby Blues (Status: Cancelled, Currently not on VHS or DVD, repeats weekly on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim Programming Block) A very funny primetime cartoon that lasted only a few episodes.

I hope these shows get repeated or released on VHS/DVD sometime, especially Tokyo Pig!

Even though it lasted a couple of seasons, I loved the Norm show...Later just called Norm.

KRAMER: Woah, woah, woah. What-what did you just say?
JERRY: I can't take it anymore! She's driving me crazy! I can't sleep, I can't leave the house, and I' here, I'm climbin' the walls. Meanwhile, I'm dating a virgin, I'm in this contest - something's gotta give!

Norm and Titus should have run longer. The one show I did enjoy that only ran for one season was Now And Again.

A couple of years ago, ABC's adult comedy The Job starring Denis Leary as a NYPD detective struggling with both his professional and personal life.

I loved THE LONE GUNMEN. Although I'm not into slash, those that do can find a lot of people who write LGM fiction on Mirc, the instructions are at http://www.tvtome.com/LoneGunmen

It only lasted 13 episodes (including the pilot) but I thought it was a terrific spinoff.

Do Over - I can't believe that show got cancelled. Loved it! And the fact that there are unaired episodes made that I can't see - arghhh!
