when you wanna post pics here on your siggy and they dont have a URL, go to the pic right click it, do properties and copy and paste the URL of the pic inside [img] [/img] if you dont get that ask someone else cuz thats the best i can do! lol

What I meant was, how do you take pictures that where either scanned or made in paint, and upload them to a URL?

If you want to upload them to put the pics in your siggy, you just have to go to the current "Siggy thread" and upload it from there. When you reply, below the "Your Reply" box, there should be a thing that says "Attach file". Click on the "Browse" button and go to where you saved your pic and click on it. When the file name of your pic appears in the box, just hit "Submit Reply" and it'll be on the way. After it comes up and if it appears as a pic in your post, right click on it, click "Properties" and copy the URL that appears in the URL line. If it appears as a link and opens in a new window, just copy the link from the "Address" line. Hope that helps.

But that's weird, it's not supposed to ask you if you want to download it to your computer when you click on it...Lemme try...BTW, I saved it as a .jpg, which is smaller than a .bmp file.

O.K, My question now is; how do you convert a .bmp file to a .jpg file?

You can convert them to .jpg through Photoshop and ACDSee to name just a few. I think there are also other image converter programs you can get online for free, but I am not sure. ACDSee is what I use.
