Default I guess they never watched TV?

I remember only one episode where the gang actually acknowledged owning a TV.. I think the episode had Jack wanting to watch a Laker game.. Other than that I never saw a TV or heard the mention of one..

I always thought it was funny.

I guess we were left to assume they found other ways to entertain themselves.

In the episode "Star Struck", Terri was watching "County Hospital", to see if the soap star she dated would be killed-off, on the show.

I also remember in the beginning of one episode, weren't Jack and Janet playing a video game or something?

They watched Woody Woodpecker on film.

There is at least one episode where they watch a fight on TV at the Regal Beagle. It's the episode where Jack is challenged to a boxing match.
