Damn, I'm sooooooooooooooo tired... No sleep last night and I don't want to sleep now... no, no. Tossing and turning and not sleeping sucks!

I understand exactly what you're saying. Sometimes I'll lay in bed for 2 hours before I fall asleep. I hate that. Especially when I have to be up early the next morning.

I've tried Benadryl to help me sleep... that doesn't work. I've been on Somynex for the past month. It's over-the-counter.... that doesn't work or help. My stupid jackass of a doctor won't write me a perscription for any kind of sleeping pills... what am I supposed to do, not sleep for the rest of my life? God. I must be one hell of an Insomniac.

Whenever I can't sleep I take Valerian Root. It helps with stress and relaxation and makes you a bit drowsy too. It's a natural herb, comes in capsule form, and if I'm not mistaken I think you can find it at Walgreens or similar stores. I get mine at vitaminworld.com for about $9 per 200ct.

Cripes! Maybe try taking some Nyquil once in awhile. I found it seems to work though sometimes it can give you a kind of drowsy-but-awake feeling.

Karly, Do you drink Coke, coffee or any caffeinated beverage in the evenings? I don't dare drink any caffeine after 5 Pm. I will be up all night if I do! I take benedryl often and that does the trick for me! Hope you get some sleep tonight sweetie pie!
