Post Tonight should be good

Who else is excited for tonight? It finally looks like we might get to see some good episodes. Jo and Rick are getting married, although we haven't seen Rick in a while and it seems almost like the producers realized the show was going to end and they needed to get her married, hopefully just so Blair couldn't make fun of her anymore. And then Blair getting in a car accident. I don't know about you, but after Jeff and Snake not getting along, I'm ready for some better episodes. Come on, Jeff's been able to read for like 6 months now and suddenly he's an intellectual?

I thought that was kinda weird too. A few years ago Jeff was a jock that couldn't read and now he is too intellectual to be sociable toward Snake. I didn't like how Tootie or Jeff were portrayed in that episode although the Jo goes to court part was pretty good.

The second episode last night was better. It was hilarious when Jo and Blair came back from the spa. The girls do punk rock fantasy was a bit out there, though. I think it's funny how Beverly Ann is part of these wild fantasy episodes but sometimes it is hard to believe how different the later shows are from the second season. The
Beverly Ann eps almost seem like a whole new show than the Mrs. G years.

I agree that it seems a bit rushed to have Jo get married to Rick so quickly. Jo is the one who caught Mrs. G's bouquet so I guess they wanted to marry her off before the end of the series even though Blair/Cliff or Tootie/Jeff were the more established couples.

I, too, can't wait to see tonight's episodes. I think Jo and Rick are great together and any Blair/Jo moment makes me happy!

As for last night's episodes I didn't like the was Snake and Jeff went at each other, it didn't seem real. Jo was halirous in it though, and when she told Blair that good doctors are hard to find, too I started clapping. (Weird I know but I don't pride myself on being normal!)
As for them at the spa I laughed through that whole episode!

Well, can't WAIT for tonight's episodes!

Hopper: You know I am really a shy kind of guy,but I have been watching you from across the cabin, and I said to myself,"Hopper don't let this one slip away!"

Jo: You know I have been watching you too.You have a lot to be shy about!
*************************
Beverly Ann: Let's see. It's tomorrow in Africa so if I want to talk to Edna today then I should have called her yesterday...
*************************
Natalie: It's a busy day for me. I have to go down to the newspaper office, get a lung transplant...
*************************
Beverly Ann: I wonder what's wrong with Jo.

Blair: Today or in general?
*************************
Blair: Where have you been?

Jo: At the library.

Blair: Oh, reading "Dumbo", how cute.

Jo: I don't have to read "Dumbo." I bunk right next to her.

This is what I remember: Rick shows up to the house with some blonde-the price is right-sorta chick with this big sign with 4 covered up words and asks the girls (who were playing monoply until he showed up) to guess the question. He gave clues and finally Natalie got it "Will you marry me?" and so Jo pulls him into the kitchen to answer him then He comes out celebrating like a nut. When tootie asked him if she said yes he said "she said maybe". Afterwards, Casey comes to pick up Blair for a date and Rick shows up and asks casey to be his bestman (keep in mind jo hasnt accepted yet) neway, Casey gets all serious and is about to ask Blair something but Blair assumes that shes about to get proposed to and orders Casey to get on bended knee. Casey obides and he finally pops the question "Will u move in with me" (or something like that). Blair is shocked and confused but doesnt answer him then. Then u hear a knock on the Jos bedrooms window. Its a sock puppet (rick of course) neway, they talk and she finally says yes. When Rick leaves, Blair walks in and Jo tells her that she accepted. Blair congratulates her and then Jo says "im not good at this sentimental stuff but Id really like for you to be my maid of honor" OF course Blair accepts. Then thats where it ends. I have no idea what happens next.
