in a nondrugaddicted way...

does anyone get severe munchies at night? like i don't eat too much during hte day.. like i don't snack and stuff.. just eat my meals.. but then nigh time comes around, and i'm a vacum.. i mean, it's 11 PM right now and i'm eating on 4 cookies.. probably won't stop there! anyone else?

Oh God, I get the biggest munchies around midnight. I stay up so late, so thats when I get hungry. I get the hungriest after 5pm.

I've been dieting (and doing well, 24 pounds and counting!) so I get the munchies ALL the time. I want to eat constantly. TOnight at work I was craving those little tiny powdered white donuts. Right now I want frito's and onion dip. I have to be so careful though because I've done so well with losing weight I dont want to blow it because I want to eat from boredom or something. So I try to keep busy at home or on here so I'm not thinking about eating. It sucks.

I'm trying but it's so hard. I miss eating what I want when I want. I'm liking the results so far but I'm hating the means of getting there. Hopefullly I'll be down another size when I go away for work in 3 weeks and that will make me feel better

I eat a lot really late at night, too because no one (namely my mom) is around to bitch at me about what I eat. Basically, I get bored and I eat. Never fails.
