Hi, LITB fans!

The Catalina Island Museum is celebrating its 50th anniversary at a Birthday Bash in the world famous Casino Building

Barbara Billingsley and Tony Dow will be helping us celebrate (and Jerry Mathers might make it too!). Both will be attending and will be offering special auction items: lunch with Tony on Catalina or a batch of June Cleaver's homebaked brownies (and an autographed apron). The event is the Birthday Bash Dance and Auction, June 21st in Avalon, 7:30 p.m. Tickets are still available, and proceeds benefit the Catalina Island Museum and our programs that preserve the history of this special island (did you know that Tony Dow spent summers on Catalina?).

Where is Catalina Island??

For those of you who might not know, Catalina Island is just 24 miles off the coast from Long Beach (which is 20 some miles south from the Los Angeles area). There is frequent boat service and a midnight boat that night for visitors that don't want to stay overnight.
