im torn between the themes to Evangelion, Cat girl Nuku Nuku , Video Girl Ai, Ranma 1/2 ( first season )....but i think my fave would have to be the theme to the Oh my Goddess OAV series !!! ( the first one ) As far as American cartoons go, "Everything's Archie" was the best
