Hello everyone..my name is Amy and I just joined this message board. After watching the facts of Life tonight I had to join the board and send a message.
It really bothers me that they are cutting time from the eposides and deciding not to include important eposides in their lineup. The show is called the facts of life, and life is not always easy. It's important to show things that are difficult to deal with. The drug eposide and the Natalie eposide(where she gets attacked) are necessary for people to watch. I think the facts of life is a great show. I just hope that Nick at Night will decide to show all the eposides eventually..I know I missed some of them the first time around, now I would like the chance to see them. Have a great night and hope to talk to you soon! |

Welcome to the board, Amy. I think we all feel the same way about the editing and the skipped episodes on N@N.
I know some of the people on this board have sent e-mails to N@N but I'm not sure if anyone has gotten a response. I'm hoping that they pick up the missed episodes this time when they start re-airing the episodes later this month. |

I have the same problems w/ N@N! Why won't they air such important issues as "The First Time"?? I think that the new generation of FOL fans should not be sheltered. If it was ok 15 years ago, it's ok today! I know that children watch the show, but I bet they did in the 80s, too---actually, I know they did in the 80s because I was one of them. The show is about more than a catchy theme song and good times in Peekskill; it is about the trials and tribulations of growing up, the facts of life. N@N needs to realize that they are not protecting their viewers but depriving them.
