Could be hives. I used to get them every so often on my legs while I was in high school. Funny how they disappeared after I graduated.

My mother just said it could be from tanning. But I doubt it. 1, I havent been since Friday, and 2, it didnt happen before whenever I did it.

Hives? What exactly is that?

Has your mom changed laundry detergents or anything? Sometimes skin is sensitive to those things. I hope it goes away soon and turns out to be nothing to be too concerned about

I've been sick and in bed for most of the weekend myself

To be honest, I really don't know. It's just a very annoying rash of little red bumps that itch like hell! They usually appear from an allergic reaction to something. I think my allergic reaction was that I hated school.

Probaby just a case of flesh eating disease. Kidding. It sounds like hives. I get them on occasion. Take some Benydryl. Clears it right up.
Good luck.

I got the same thing about three weeks ago and still have it, but in my case, I think it's a rash from a medicine I'm rubbing in, and that it is probably not related to your problem, although it sure sounds similar. I am counting on mine to disappear when I stop applying the medicinal cream. Mine only itches very, very slightly.
