It seems that alot of people here, including myself, find this the scariest part of the program. What I'd like to ask is, what's scarier to you: The artists renderings, or age enhancement renderings? To me it's the first one, as suspect or missing persons renderings almost always seem to come out looking freaky.

I know what you mean. Recently, I found an age-enhanced photos of poor JonBenet Ramsey of what she would've looked like had she aged 6 years after her death, and I was HORRIFIED by what I saw. You ever had that sudden feeling of fear, where you feel like you're about to have a heart attack and the only thing you can do is look away? That's how I felt.
I know it sounds silly, but it's the truth. I'll try to find the picture and put it up here. |

i dont know but it seems that UM artists make the renderings scarier than others. I put the example of Mary Ann Perez (dont know the actual spelling) a woman who disappeared in late eighties, she was believed to be kidnapped and murdered by a couple of serial killers, but her family received a weird call months later telling a story about she was alive but captive. If you have seen this case then youll remember the age progression rendering that shows her with a sinister grin that she hadnt in her photos. They showed that picture for what it seems an eternity with that scary music, and i can tell that it had an effect on me!
