Default Fear in school

About a week ago someone at our school told their neighbor that they were going to bring a knife to school and do the 7th graders (kill someone). The kid takes martial arts and was going to throw the knife and kill the person. He was after someone because he took his girlfriend. The neighbor told our school in time and right when they found out the kid was in conviction.

Does anyone else have school stories like these?

The only thing that ever happened in my high school was that people were getting caught having sex in the bathrooms. This one happened this year (I read it in the paper). A lunch aid went into the bathroom and caught them. I'm assuming that the girl got scared and said that he tried to rape her in the bathroom, to save herself from getting in trouble. I can't really say that it's true that he was trying to rape her, but it's also possible that they setup a certain time of the day to meet in the bathroom. People are so dumb though, especially in a place like that. Come on, of course you're gonna get caught!

That's pretty stupid to do, I mean the sex in the bathroom bit. God, if I wanted to do it, I sure wouldn't want to do it in the school bathroom.

Um, let me see. My school had a bomb threat when I was in 10th grade. Everybody was talking about this bomb threat the previous day, I skipped school the next day. A lot of people skipped.

In middle school, this chick brought a knife to school. She got caught, got kicked out for the rest of the year.

-My high school had a bomb threat earlier this year and an electrical fire last year. I also heard that someone got suspended for bringing something stupid (I think it was nail clippers) to school.
-In middle school, there was another bomb threat (I was on a class trip, so I don't remember it) and some girl got suspended for putting marijuana in her Home Ec cookies and then giving them to teachers and students.

I live in a fairly small area and it was suprising that a few situations have happened in the past few years. Someone got stabbed in my old school district when I was a freshmen, (they only had minor injuries) and we had about half a dozen bomb threats at my school during my junior and senior year.

In 8th grade a kid brought a gun to a private school I had gone to in kindergarden. This was the same time school shootings were erupting across the nation. He wasn't going to shoot anybody though. He wasn't a wackjob, but he was foolish. It was an old type gun and he was proving to his friends that his grandfather owned it. All the high schools found out and he was banned from every one of those schools and had to travel far to find a school that would take him.

We have had a couple of break-in's at our school, but nothing serious. I have a story kind of like the home-ec cookie story. 2 girls in my class put pepper in some cookies that they gave to one of our evil teachers. (not as serious as your's, *~Pink Lady 59~*, but still kind of like yours.)

The only thing like that that ever happened at my school was when I was a freshman someone made a bomb threat. A guy wrote on the boys' bathroom wall that there would be a bomb in the school on May 15th (yes, I still remember the date). I assume it was a guy, since it was in the boys' b-room. Well, fortunately nothing happened. Also, whoever this person was wasn't too smart because May 15th was a Saturday that year. The only thing was the annual spring music department concert was supposed to be at the school on that night and just to be safe we had to have it at a big church near the school. So, we had to move all the sound system equipment and instruments and stuff, just because of this bomb threat. I was in the concert for choir and it was my first one. I was scared when I heard about it because it was like a month after the Columbine shootings. I never found out who made the threat, but if the school did, they probably would tell people unless the bomb really did go off. Thankfully, nothing else like that happened after that.

The only incidents that happened at my current school were several nighttime robberies in which stuff from the vending machines were stolen (one machine was broken and had to be replaced) and numerous things including computer equipment and other expensive stuff were also stolen. The authorities said it had to be more than one person because one individual could not break open the machine and steal so much stuff by his or her self.

A month or two after I was removed from my old middle school in 7th grade, two boys with BB guns were walking across the street from the campus. This was around the time when there were a string of school shootings. It turned out it was just two boys hunting rabbits who didn't mean any harm.

Not much that I remember. I think I got out in time.

There was a rash of car stereo thefts. And car vandalism. And locker breakins. And fights. We had LOTS of fights. They gathered many spectators.

We had several fights at our highschool, there was one beofe I got to highschool, but a girl threw a guy threw a glass window in the hallway, and there was another fight one morning when I came to school, and there was a big crwod and these two guys were fighting, over what I don't know, but all the students were cheering them on and it eventualy took 3 teachers to break it up. Other then fights there were no major threats of any kind, or no sex situations.

Sad 2

Not exactly in my school but 2 schools in town- In a school near mine, someone stabbed another person in the back of the leg with a screwdriver, and in the high school I'm going to, some crazy girl stole two bottles of PURE alcohol from a science lab to keep in her locker.

Wellllll our school is actually very good for being an inner-city middle school in Springfield. We haven't had any bomb threats or fires, sure you get the usual idiots who fight and stuff, but as far as people bringing things to school, most people have learned not to. My school is very strict for being a public school, and cussing out your teacher can get you a 5 day in-house.

When I was in 3rd grade grade (um, yeah elementry school. tell me that isn't bad) the school got this bomb threat call. So a bunch of kids kept leaving throughout the day. It was scary because I was only like 9 and no one knew what was going on. Before I left I even asked the teacher as shy as I was because I was so scared but she didn't know then either. I thought someone died or something.

Also last year there was a shooting threat. Everyones lockers had to be checked. We were all sitting in the big gym and we had absolutely no idea what was going on. We found out it was two kids from the other Jr. High in our city, and one from ours who called.
