I can tell you're a bit angry...
Anyway, back to the topic, I've said this before and i'll say it again, N@N are greedy hypocrits. They are probably going to make us wait for 3 runs of the show and finally show the episodes we are all 'dying' to see. It's a ploy for ratings. But at least they are showing FOL instead of some other dumb show like 'The Beverly Hillbillies'.
Oh wait, wait, my bad, they already do show that.

Angry

Sigh.
I waited until tonight to watch FOL. I've been bitten by the "bug" since "Season 6" of this current run on N@N. But instead of Blair getting in hot water over some marital accusations at 10/9pm what do we get?
The Facts of Life-Down Under(Part Whatever,Like I care anymore).
A movie I wish would go away for good.

Then at 10:30? The Natalie in the ROTC episode. Is it me or is N@N playing with the schedule for some @#%^! reason?
So I wait until 2am. Do they show the Blair episode? (I think you all know the answer now) Nope. Back to Austrailia. What a bizarre movie. What a bizarre schedule.

Has it been this way since they started airing on N@N in September?
********
I'm new here. 22 years old and a film/TV history major in college. For some odd reason I don't remember watching FOL on NBC.
I saw a few ep. on USA in '97. I love it!
But I don't love this bleepin' "schedule".
"The More the Marrier" comes on ONLY in the early morning this coming Monday. What's up with that. Aarg. Thank god for VCRs!

If this is the second run on N@N,and the third starting on the 29th..does this mean they'll show ALL the episodes? BTW,this is only show I've watched on N@N regularly every night. I love that it comes on after "prime time". I gave up on the wacko scheduling of "Three's Company".

If N@N refuses to show "controversial" FOL episodes, then I guess that means as a history student I'll never see Edith's near rape on "All in the Family"(I saw a clip on the E! True Hollywood Story. When the audience hissed I got chills.) At least E! showed the clip where Natalie anounced her loss of virginity. Jo's look was priceless!

Come on N@N,get with it!

That episode of "All in the Family" has been broadcast on Nick at Nite.

------------------
Stanley Roper: I'm sorry Jack

Jack Tripper: Oh, thats ok, what did you do?

Roper: Me? Nothing, I just thought I saw something that wasnt normal, because it was normal, but, now I can see it aint normal, so, everything's back to normal again.

Jack: oh, well, I'm glad for you.

Dang! Relax, Girl. However I agree. I saw last night's episode of 3'Co.when Ropers' niece dropped her dress in front of Jack (because she in my opinion was a whore)I said, "they want to show this but can't show controversial FOL shows?" this is unreal. Maybe you can rewrite the show FOL..85.

ok, right now this is the 1st run NaN has made of FOL the second run will start and december 27th... however, they might not air any GOOD eps until the 3rd run so we gotta wait another like 3 or 4 months!! this is such BS!!! I mean come on!! Don't toy with my brain!! Make it LOGICAL... or do we have to spell it out of NaN L..O..G..I..C..A..L.. maybe that helps?? i dont know why the hell they are showing good eps of other shows but not good eps of FOL... they're out to get me i swear!! Maybe i should play like natalie in the Green Eyed Monster episode and pretend like i dont want NaN to air these good episodes and maybe they will!!! Well, it didnt work for Nat so I doubt it'll work for me!! well i have one thing to say about NaN..... STOP FRUCKING US OVER!!!!! and I know the "R" shouldnt be in there but they wont let me say f*cking on here and they'll just put stars so thats the closest i get to it.... GET A LIFE NAN AND AIR WHAT THE FANS WANT!!! i mean if there are kids out watching NaN they're probably watchign TBS and WB (2 of my personal favorite tv stations) and they have liek 7th heaven on there (also another one of my favorite tv shows!) and they ahve suicide attempt episodes... having sex (not anybody in the camden family but friends) and they have a lot of eps that deal with drugs.... so come on NAN wake up, smell the coffee and my anger!!! I'm sick of this Bull ****!!! Get me some good eps that teach kids lessons!! sorry if im ofeending anybody by all my swearing this just pisses me off... ok... i'm cool now!! It's all good!!! ::::laughs::::: We got it under control... now here's somethign good to NaN THANKS FOR AIRING THE FACTS OF LIFE!!!!

Well, I don't think I can follow that with the same degree of hostility, but I see where you're coming from. If these episodes could air in the 80's for all to see, why not now in the year 2000? What are they afraid of? Like losing sponsors or something? Not gonna happen. And I'm sure there are dozens of people out their with their pen and paper ready to write to n@n about the "objectionable content" of all of these terrible, morally wrong episodes of an 80's prime-time sitcom.

See Blair's date as a G-rated version of a stripper? How disgusting! Blair goes near pot? Well, Punky Brewster can do it, but not Blair Warner! Tootie gets drunk? Oh, that one's ok, don't ask us why, it just is. Natalie has sex? Every character on TV is having sex, but we can't have our Facts of Life girls doing it too. Never know how many 9 year olds are going to get the wrong idea. They can get the wrong idea from 90210, not from us. Natalie almost gets raped? We don't want to accidentally show how people DEAL with that sort of thing, do we? An episode involving suicide? I'm sorry, but since this never happens in real life I don't think we can show it on TV.

See? Not nearly as hostile, but I'm hoping you're catching the sarcasm.
