Two scary things happend in my town today - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Early this afternoon, there was a two vehicle accident near my house, involved was a pickup and a Bronco, the Bronco flipped atleast twice, 3 people were taken to the hospital, there were two people in the Bronco, a lady with her son who was about middle school age, luckly they were able to crawl out of the vehicle, but both were hurt pretty bad, the lady had a head and back injuries and her son hurt his leg pretty bad, and in the pickup was a highschool girl, who wasn't hurt but she went into shock and was also taken to the hospital. I talked to the youth pastor at the near by church and he said he was eating lunch and he looked out the window and saw the Bronco flipping, and immediatly called 911. The pickup had some damage and the Bronco was just a mess, and the passanger side collapsed, if they weren't wearing there seat belts it would have been alot worse, as of tonight I don't know the condition of the 3 people, but my thoughts and prayers go out to there family. Sadly this is a result of people going to fast and not using there head, so hopefuly people will think next time. The wreck happend when the Bronco was trying to avoid the speeding pickup and the pickup clipped the Bronco in the rear of the vehicle, and the Bronco clipped the curb and flipped. If the girl in the pickup was paying attention this wreck would not have happend.

Also another incident close to my house. There is an elderly couple that live just down the street from me, and the guy has heart trouble and is on Oxygen, well tonight they had an electrical fire that severly damaged there attic, and they won't be able to stay at there house until the smoke is all cleared out of there, the couple seemed to be in good spirits, but a very scary situation to say the least, my thoughts and prayers go out to them as well.

2 very scary situations today, hopefully everyone is ok. Once I hear news about the sccident victims I will post it here and give you an update.

i hope theyre all ok... think about it in 1 week itll be friday the 13th.

I have an update on the accident victims in yesterdays crash, the girl who went into shock was released from the hospital, and the 2 people in the bronco are listed in Fair condition and should be released sometime today, the driver of the bronco has a mild concussion and several cuts and brusies, and the passanger of the bronco has a broken leg with cuts and brusies, like I said if they didn't have there seat belts on it could have been alot worse, so this is great news!
