Look at the very top-right of your keyboard, three keys to the left, there is a key that says:

PrtScn
SysRq

Hit that button to take a screenshot. Then open Paint, right click, and hit Paste. Edit the pic to your specific requirements, then save. Open the pic in Photoshop, then save is as either a .gif or a jpeg (for best results while uploading the pic, save the image as a .gif).
