here is sarahs new sleep schedule.
A Sleep Schedule 10:00 PM: go to sleep 3:00 AM: wake up 2:00 PM: go to sleep 4:00 PM: wake up i hafta get up at 3 so i can watch maury and ricki lake |

4-5 PM: Go to sleep
1:00 AM: Wake Up That's how it's been the last few days, it's been causing me alot of headaches because I oversleep and sometimes don't get enough sleep. My sleeping patterns change alot, though. |

i dont go to sleep till like 5 am(all the good shows come on late) and i get up at like 1 pm.
