Do you like the first season in good ole black and white, or do you like it in color?

Me I like seeing it in Black and White after watching it in Color but I still prefer Color. I just have this thing about Black and White, I dunno it bugs me.

I liked it in color. I always wondered what colors certain things were. I finally got to see on Hallmark.

I like the black and white episodes better. They seem to be better written as well. Not as slapstick as later years.

But being an old fella I always will be a black and white fan.

B&W. I dont like seeing any show Colorized from the original B&W, the colors are usually all wrong and everyone has a blue tint to their skin tone.

Funny you asked,

I was thinking about this lately myself; because as much as I was looking forward to seeing the B&W eps for a change, I realize now that I much prefer it in color.

As someone here said before, Jeannie is a colorful character, and B&W doesn't do that show justice.

NBC should have had more faith in IDOJ in the first place and should have filmed the first season in color, IMHO.

Barbara Eden was on Good Morning America the other day, and she said something about the B&W episodes, "I was pregnant and I guess they thought that I would die."

That was her reply to Charlie asking her about why the first season was in black and white. lol.

Yea, and I think she also mentioned some other time that it was so cold out on the beach during the filming of the first ep, that her lips were blue (so she didn't mind it being in B&W, really).

Come to think of it, I actually feel the opposite about Bewitched though, and prefer to see it in B&W.

some shows are better in black and white but IDOJ isnt one of them. i prefer the color much more.

Colored. Hallmark's Colorized episodes looked really good and basically just looked like the later seasons.

I Have a thing about Black and White. Colored Is alot better.

I prefer to see the I Dream Of Jeannie show in color as of opposed to black and white. The very first episode that I saw of IDOJ was in color.
