Default Cartoon Net

Why has C.N. become so bad? The Powerpuff Girls AND Dexter's Lab have been on 3 times today. These shows USED to be entertaining but now I openly groan when they come on the second time during the day. And why keep changing the line up at night? And what would be so bad about bringing back Bugs and Daffy at night instead of showing the horrible Ed, Edd and Eddy over and over [or the equally bad Courage]? And I find it funny that they've come up with a Cartoon Blunders and Flub up show that really looks rather pathetic Friday night.

Cartoon Network is disturbing for me, because of 3 reasons

1)It's a shame to watch a once-great network devolve into endless reruns of their crop of half-blanked originals (The only CN original I ever liked was Dexter's Lab, and I don't even like IT anymore). And, whenever they get a non-original, it's always some modern show that I really couldn't care about seeing again. Lord knows I could VERY well do without seeing crap like Pokemon again.

2)Cartoon Network, now, is a cartoon-version of what Game Show Network will be in about 6 months to a year, most likely. The writing's already on the wall. Endless Crop of half-baked original, with only one glimer of hope, that gets rerun into hatred....Check. Ditching the old classics for reruns of originals, and modern shows I could care less about seeing again....Check. All that's left is for the last vestiges of a once-proud lineup to fade away.

3)They moved June Bugs to Boomerang. For as long as I can remember (Since they got the Looney Toons rights, I think), June Bugs had ALWAYS been on CN. This year, it was on Boomerang. This alone shows that Cartoon Network is getting out, by and large, of the classic toon biz (Except for an occasional scooby doo, or specially-themed thing). That's bad.

I wish I had Boomrang. I think Cartoonnetwork should show more old cartoons. They wouldn't have to show really old ones. I would like to see: Thundercats, He-Man ,Ninja Turtles, Inspector Gadit, SwatKats, The Jetsons, and HeathCliff.

I enjoy Courage and Ed, Ed, and Eddy because they don't overplay like Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Lab.

But I know what you mean! What happened to all the old stuff they used to play like Alvin and the Chipmunks? =(

They used to play a lot of classics. Blehhhhh. And there should be more Space Ghost and Brak.

The only reason I ever watch CN anymore is to catch reruns of Futurama and Family Guy. Now that Futurama's gone, Family Guy will be the only thing I'm watching on the network.

I was too mad about June Bugs being moved to Boomerang. Not everyone is fortunate enough to get the channel.
